Every question I ask, they take the time to answer with patience and clarity. They are the definition of \customer service\ They don't leave you hanging. Great place to get some music gear. I was looking for karaoke stuff and got my mixer and some songs from them. It was cheaper than other places because of a coupon code I had and shipping was quick, but I also live in the same state. People were nice and informative that I talked to.
