Very educated. I was looking for a new saw and Sam gave great advice as to how to pick the best saw for the job. He explained the different power to weight ratios, bars, and chains etc. Satisfied customer, I'll definitely be back.

Andrews can fix pretty much anything you take to them.\ That word of mouth and the desire to support a local business is why I took my pressure washer there (it was running hot and would lose pressure mid-wash). I dropped it off June 8, and after checking back in every couple weeks, I finally went in yesterday, August 3, and asked for it back, regardless of if it was done. At that point they reassured me that they'd be done within a day, and they were, but it ended up costing 105 after tax. Two months it sat there, and then they charged me 90 for labor. I worked harder than they did with all my stops to check in on it. To top it off, when I went to pick it up and pay, they waited on someone who came in after me first, seemingly because they were a regular customer. Don't even get me started on the fact that nobody there wears a mask in the middle of a pandemic. I really wanted to support a small, local business, but with this lack of urgency and virtually nonexistent customer service, this will be the last time I patronize Andrews. I gave 2 stars only because they actually fixed it.
I think it’s important to support small business especially in the local area you live in. I also think it’s important to have solid products and customer service, thankfully Andrews meets all of these criteria for me. I’ve gone there many times as I’ve been learning about chainsaw care and maintenance and they have always been very helpful, also the lowest price on chain sharpening I’ve seen anywhere. The other day I brought 10 chains in to have them look at because I couldn’t make heads or tails of. They were all 16” but they varied in mm depth and could not be used interchangeably with two of my saws that have different mm depth. They took the time to go through each chain and sort the ones that went with each saw, free of charge! I thought it only reasonable to purchase something before I left but I don’t see myself going anywhere else for anything they could provide me with.
