Excellent! So happy we selected Island Helicopters. Linda and Shelby were wonderful to speak to through the reservation process. Mike was great with prepping us for our flight and assisting us afterwards. Our pilot, Gary was pleasant and knowledgeable. And let us not forget Penelope who greeted us at the falls. What a GREAT trip! Highly recommend.

Great place to go on a Helicopter Tour in Kauai. Would definitely recommend, as the pilots are very friendly and well informed about the island. I was very impressed with how much our pilot knew about things on the tour, as well as answering some questions that passengers asked.

Fantastic tour! I wish I could give more detail but I can’t because I’m still speechless from what we saw today. Absolutely beautiful! Great service from start to finish. Good Covid19 protocol, very skilled pilot. Highly recommend!!

This was a trip highlight. The experience was amazing and not scary at all. The pilot was so nice and experienced and made sure we had a great time. Listening to the opening of Jurassic Park while the waterfall came into view gave us all goosebumps. We got engaged at the waterfall and it was everything I could have asked for.

This was a great place to fly with. The pilot was super nice. I'm sorry I forgot her name, but she took pictures for us at the Jurassic Falls. From what I am told they are the only helicopter company that can land there. It was an amazing flight.

It was great, thank God we didn't get air sick... So an hour was super, since we got to see many waterfalls, whole the pilot pointed out many sites along the way. Also allowed us to pipe in with any questions we had during the flight... which wasn't many, since the pilot explained our tour very well.

Kate (pilot) is the best! Better wear dark clothes (light clothes will reflect in the windows and ruin your photos) and ask at the reception for a front row seat. Enjoy!
