The location and the scenery were outstanding although it could use alittle upgrade on the road access and a good clean-up crew to take care of debris.

Not really the best place to sightsee--- not too much room for parking. But the views are amazing-- especially at sunrise.

People don't know how to respect the area... graffiti and garbage....such a shame

Located just a few miles from the airport, the best views of the lighthouse are from the Marriott next door (you can access any beach in any hotel due to public beach access rules). The lighthouse faces east and so makes for a great place to view the sunrise. To get close to the lighthouse you'll need to take a long dirt road (four wheel drive only). The inside of the lighthouse is not open to the public but you can check out great views from access point.

A cute little light house with some cool lava-flows and rocks. A lovely view of the beach as well.

Stunning view overlooking the ocean and the island! Nice drive through a gorgeous golf course and resort but definitely a sight to see.

A nice spot to watch the waves crashing in on shore and the planes swooping overhead as they land at the airport. It is a relatively easy walk down a dirt “road” between the golf course and airport. There are other paths that skirt along the shoreline. A beautiful quiet spot to visit. The lighthouse itself isn’t too much to see - graffiti covers the base and there is no rotating light anymore. Still a nice little spot.

Great place to watch the waves hit the rocks with dolphins out in the horizon. Quiet location right next to a golf course. The walk down has stairs covered with rubber mats and then a slight decline down a small unpaved path. Be careful when walking across the rocks at the bottom. Nothing too dangerous and was able to walk around in flip flops.
