Had issues with water backup into downstairs shower. Being skeptical of septic companies and their low fee claims to get to your home then the fees rack up schemes. I tried Bynum and was surprised that the gentleman actually listened to my issues and made logical suggestions as to what might be my issues. He quoted me a come out and perform excavation evaluation. This was the only way to know for sure. The technicians arrived on time and were extremely friendly. They quickly asked the situation and found that my leech field was fine, my tank didn't need pumping, and that I had a line clog right at the tank. They cleared the clog quickly, and suggested baffling to prevent more costly damages later on. No pressure or upselling. Made the repairs cleaned up and invoiced me the quoted price. Thank you Bynum and guys !

We had some work done by this company on our septic. Two young guys tore up yard with tractor and did a repair. Not even a month later water is pooling over septic and they refuse to Warranty work claiming we use to much water? Having to use someone else.

Cleared septic after all the plumbing throughout the house kept flooding/not draining. Came same day and quickly, and they were responsive and completed the task in no time. In and out.

I tried to use Bynum to repair. Or replace my Rinnai Tankless water heater. They sent two men in pick up truck to determine if my unit could be repaired or replaced. They looked at the unit. Opened the flap, looked inside, shut the door and told me I probably needed a new unit. I was told these units could not be repaired. They then quoted me a price three times what the unit cost on line. No attempt was made to even diagnose the issue. I will not be using Bynum again nor will I recommend them as a Rinnai dealer. I am sure I will be billed for this service that had absolutely no value.

Not happy with the (lack of) service provided by this company I was referred to by Home Depot. I contacted them for a simple sink replacement but the \plumber\ that they sent out seemingly did not know the job. I was told that I needed to buy a completely different sink due to my supply lines, when in reality all I needed was a cheap 12 dollar adapter (that I honestly feel should be carried as extras on their truck). On top of that I was quoted an astronomical price for changing out the shut off connections which literally added less than an hour of work. In the end I was happy that this plumber could not complete the work as I found someone with much more knowledge of the job at a much lesser price to complete work so I guess things work out in the end. Please be careful if you decide to use this company. There are better out there.
