Bought a gun Thursday night, New. No case or manual can be found. I agreed to return and get the manual and case . Called Friday and Saturday, no one has found the case and was told we will call you. Nothing but attitude like I am not supposed to call about my unfinished transaction. I was told to talk to managers but the only work between 10 to 5. Ken is a great and tried to help me. Just want my money back because of the customer service. A simple call in last couple of days would have made it better. Upset and will not use them again. My brother and I have bought guns from them before. Loyalty was not rewarded

I go to the range often. So when I made my last 2 purchases with them I decided to get a membership. Now there is hardly ammo available and the last few times I have gone, I weren't able to use the lanes (rifle lanes). For over a month now I have called to cancel my membership. Everyone keeps taking my info and telling me that the membership will be canceled. It has not been canceled and I am still being charged. I've even sent emails, and they are basically refusing to cancel my membership, but I am not being allowed to use the member ship for the purpose intended due to shortage off ammo and lanes not being in use. 5 weeks now of trying to cancel my membership and nothing. They just keep telling me the same thing every time I call. Which is they will give Crystal my info and she will cancel. 5 weeks and several phone calls and emails now, and Crystal still has not canceled my membership

The gun range experience was pleasant but definitely not a place to purchase a firearm. I waited in line for over an hour to purchase a shotgun but ended up walking out after each rep was distracted without making the sale. The sales reps were more focused on convos with customers looking to buy ammo or accessories vs selling guns. I ended up walking out w/o a shotgun and will take my money elsewhere.

Amazing Place the Knowledge of the Staff with the Quick Tutorials were greatly Appreciated! Everyone who works here is AMAZING! This is truly a great place to be around people who love what you love PROTECTION!!! And the 2nd AMENDMENT! Thanks again EVERYONE I KNOW I HAD A LOT OF QUESTIONS THANKS FOR ANSWERING THEM ALL! And shoutout to Rik for all the help!!!! He was honest and genuine. Definitely the top Gun Store in the South. Now when I go back don’t let me buy anything except once a month lol
