I had the great fortune to connect with Fran in the service department when I called to schedule a drop off time to have my Tacoma repaired. She she knows her sh...stuff! She was genuinely interested in making sure I had a great experience with her and the service staff. Top notch service, and communication was not an issue as she called me several times to provide updates on diagnostic findings and repair estimate that was actually less than the initial quote. I will definitely be returning for service as needed on my truck!

I came in on. Thursday afternoon around 4:30pm (I usually go first thing in the morning) and it was not nearly as busy. I got in with my little one and we waited maybe an hour and 15 min. Didn’t expect it to take so long but maybe ppl chose not to wait there for their vehicle pandemic and all. I’ve always had great service at Stone Mountain Toyota!
