Called because it took them two days to shut off a water leak after their night crew said don't touch the line. What they really meant was leave it so we can gouge you on water price cause of our issues. Lady on the phone says we'll its on your side so I don't even have to talk to you it's your fault you pay. Really that's your customer service. Overall the are poorly mismanaged and any body who sits at a desk has no power even tho they have a title and extra pay.

Best service I have ever had from a utility company. Great prices too. At least here I can drink the water. Last place I lived water was terrible and costed 3x as much.

Terrible, terrible. I turned my service on, and was not sent a bill for it. Two months go by, and then I get a call with a threat to turn the water off, when I've never even received a bill...I don't even have my account information to be able to call in and pay over the phone. So I finally get someone on the phone who gives me my account number. I call the phone line and pay the bill, and they never pulled money from my account, so they turned the water off and I have to pay an extra 50 for a series of their mistakes...how are they getting away with this?
