Be careful purchasing Lilly Pulitzer garments/items. I had several garments that the fabric was so thin that after 1 wash there was several holes that happened. I reached out to the company and they were unwilling to stand behind their items. So disappointed in the turn around of this company. I used to purchase a lot of the garments when I lived in Florida and it's been in the last year that the quality has gone WAY down.

I used to love Lilly, until I wasn’t hired as a manager because I was pregnant. An acquaintance of mine who worked at the store told me I unofficially had the job after they reviewed my resume, and when I came in for an interview visibly pregnant, the hiring manager’s attitude completely changed. Very sad because I didn’t expect this from the Lilly brand.

Very rude! I made a phone call to the store on my birthday to locate an item that I have been desperately trying to find. A friend of mine told me they had it and to give them a call. The associate on the phone was terrible. I was barely able to finish my sentence before I was told that she refused to help any customers over the phone today, she did not have time and that unless it was a full price item and I could come to the store that she would not be helping me. I have never had a corporate Lilly store associate be this rude.

Love it! Everyone is so nice in the store even the customers whom shop here. Wonderful place to shop even on sale days but beware it’s super busy on a sale day because t so worth it!!
