FAST VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE RATE #1

Paid 7.00 to send fax to doctor out of state, got confirmation it sent, called doctor office and they said it didn't come, called quick as awink and they said they could re fax it at no charge, didn't mind the 2nd trip there to get it done.... Got there and owner said it's not their problem bc they got a confirmation number..... Wanted 7 again to send it... Really???? Where is customer service, I'm sure if it were a major business feet would had been tripped over to satisfy the customer. Sad that you can get treated like this in a mom and pop business hummmm wonder why small businesses get ran out of town....

Good customer service. All i have to do is call and put in my order and they get it ready usually the next day. Fast service. good work.

I went in numerous times as I live 2 blocks from the establishment. The woman in there always seems like she is busy but I see nothing going on and she makes you feel like your adding to her burden. The prices are not good at all check around. NGP is just down the road and is much cheaper and even has better customer service
