I have been leasing here for about 5 years from having a separate office and having a virtual one. The new owners have come in and updated the property to make it more appealing. They have been very responsive to our needs and i appreciate that they kept the same receptionist on staff. This is a great local place to do business with and i recommend anyone looking for and executive office or virtual office to check it out.

Tremendous experience with LINC navigating this "new normal". If you're like me and just could not tolerate working from my kitchen a day longer, LINC was a great option at a very reasonable rate. I got dedicated workspace for half of what a co-working setup would have cost with plenty of the perks you would expect. Lisa was terrific helping us find a suite that met our space and connectivity needs. What really blew us away was the value baked into the lease. Things like storage lockers in the break room, fiber internet, receptionist, virtual office offerings - all in a comfortable, clean and beautiful space. LINC is a great place for a customer-facing business as much as it is a great place to simply office from. It's worth a look at least!
I love the renovated building. Very good value for a tenant like me who has a virtual office there but mostly works from home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs that kind of setup.
Great place to have an office. Professional staff, beautiful historic building, convenient location, have been a tenant here for years and the new owners have really made lovely updates!
I have had a suite here since 2002. The renovations in the last year have definitely improved the office environment while maintaining a good value at a great location.
The current owners remodeled the building to highlight its history and to update the technology, making it a great combination of old and new. Great building to meet clients and to run a professional business.
Looks really nicenon the website. Have yet to hear back from them.
The atmosphere is warm, inviting and professional. I really like to in to work there.
