Like almost all the other reviews about this company DO NOT use them and if I could would give them 0 stars! This place is a sh*t show and has the most incompetent people working there! After weeks of trying to get a c-pap for my husband they Lee say we don’t have insurance.....but we have given them the info over the phone, brought our card in for them to have a copy in person, my insurance company has called them and faxed it to them, and then they called our insurance the day after they had already talked to them to verify again.....and guess what they still say we don’t have insurance and haven’t done anything to get his c-pap order for him! We have now started the process with Apria and they have already been so nice and helpful so hopefully he gets his machine soon

From the start it was by far the worst service I have ever encountered in my entire life. My CPAP took over 3 months to arrive although they promised it would be there the next week. When it did arrive I went in immdeiately to get it in feat that it was probably promised to several other people in my same boat. The woman opened it and showed me how to put it on, tried to adjust it the best she could, she had limited time and it was obviouse. Once I got the machine home and on it was ill fitting and not gaged correctly, I was not able to change the settings and ended up just using the piece that fits just to the nose and that worked out for me and a month of trying. I live 2 hours away and mid all this here comes the Pandemic, I am staying at home, they have demanded the chip out of it and there is not one, they just sent me a letter saying that they have made severak attempts to contact me and now are goinng to report the machine stolen. I was contacted several times by the RUDEST woman ANN I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I have been in customer service for 35 years and have managed call centeres of up to 250 people. I cannot believe these people are still in business, please take the time to read mine and the others ratings, do not do business with theses people.

I wish I could give 0 stars. So glad I was able to go to another company in town. The manager Jennifer is beyond rude. I don’t know how this company continues to run with someone like her.

Lincare dropped off oxygen supplies, not knowing if it was the correct amount of tanks. They were supposed to return the next day. Never showed. I called the office. A week later all the tanks and compressor still waiting to be picked up. I hope I'm not being charged for bad service.

Worst supply company around. Been waiting 3 months for a CPAP machine and still have nothing. They blame the insurance company and the Dr office. The insurance company said they approved it several months ago and the Dr office said the same. Meantime I call and call and not one return phone call. What? Are they waiting until I have a heartattack or stroke? So unprofessional. Worst service ever! I wish there were more options.

Worst service ever! Incorrect information, do not return calls to assist patient when lost and can not find their store. After waiting for a return call for 2 1/2 days and nothing, I called them again. Today, was told 1st, I could come and pick up tubing I needed, then they did not have any, then they would UPS it out today for Monday delivery. So, now, I have nothing and am severely asthmatic. and wheezing at this time.

NEVER use this place! My dad has 20% lung function and REQUIRES his nebulizer. Dr sent in an order on Fri, I called, said they would call back with info when they had time to look in the computer. (What, thanks for being inefficient!) They didn't. I called at 4:00. Asked to get order transferred to Broadway. Was told no. Said Broadway had to request it. Called Braodway medical and they said No, Lincare could easily send it over. I got the fax nbr and called Lincare back. Person said Ok, put me on hold, then the manager came on. Said Broadway was getting in trouble for illegal business practices, said they would get my dad's equip to us on Monday, delivered. At 2:00 on Mon I called, was on hold 10 minutes, then told they only had a paper and not an actual order and I need to call the MD office for them to send an actual order. What?!! Not what I was told on Friday. Called Dr office and now looking at another day without a needed piece of equipment. NEVER go here. So unprofessional!!! Am now officially switching to either Broadway medical or Apria.

All new staff. Seems like they have no clue what is going on. They blame everything on each other or on previous employees. I wish there were more options for respiratory companies here. this place is a JOKE!!!
