I moved from another medical supply company. I had a little bit of a rough start with Lincare but Tiffany provides excellent customer service. I know it wasn’t her fault an item I needed was back ordered but she provided an alternative option. Happy with the customer service I received. Kudos to Tiffany!

Everyone we have dealt with at Lincare have been wonderful. Customer service calls were dealt with immediately & equipment was delivered by the next day. We have also had assistance with their nurses & physical therapists who were a joy to have in our home.
As a new customer of one month the service for my oxygen has been great. Laura got me my equipment same day and the delivery driver was great. I traveled to two cities this week and oxygen was waiting for me at both hotels no extra charge. I had one unexpected night this week also and called at 11 PM and equipment was delivered to my hotel one hour later. Great company.
Traveled from Shreveport to Vegas this week and needed an O2 concentrator. With a day's notice, they had a concentrator and 4 tanks waiting for me at the hotel. Thank you!
This company has been a nightmare! They only call to sell more stuff. My cpap became faulty after 3 years and was told I can only get one every 5 years. What I am supposed to do for the next 2 years?? They attitude is very uncaring. If I could give zero stars that is what my review would. Please, if you are working with this company I would highly recommend to find another company!!
I had to spend an hour on the phone, to then have Medicare call them to explain benefits for replacing a broken nebulizer, because they weren't willing to take an extra step. Three weeks later, they had done nothing, meanwhile my 81yo father waited with zero follow-up, and a broken piece of medically necessary equipment. I experienced a truly apathetic attitude on the part of the office staff, they shouldn't be working in healthcare.
The staff at the facility that you get the equipment from is friendly and helpful. The people that come set it up are also very friendly. The problems I have are with the billing department. I receive a bill every month for an item I purchased and they keep billing me as though I am renting it. I call every month and have to start all over with explaining, being put on hold and them saying they will take care of it...only to get yet ANOTHER bill! I am so frustrated with this company at this point!!! I do not feel well as it is and then I have to spend my time going over and over this same issue. And then they wonder why I am frustrated!!! Speak nicely to me the representative says!!! Do your job and you won't have to hear from me at all! How about that for a change in this situation!!! I wouldn't recommend this company unless you want to spend every month on the phone going over the same issue and stressing you out even more than you already are for having a condition that requires their services in the first place!
I'm a pharmacist and a naturopath and my physician and I have tried to order a CPAP in every way possible short of driving to the branch office. Their customer service is HORRIBLE, they will not talk to you, they will not call your physician, they can only get orders through their broken fax. I called the corporate office in an attempt to try and get some sort of help with this issue and they rather be sued than help a patient in any way. This was my experience. I am a licensed Medical professional.
