I am seriously so impressed. The Order from my doctor was written and sent to them on Wednesday night. Obviously they were closed. I got a call Thursday morning informing me that they were handing everything, including dealing with my insurance which was a huge relief. It’s still early in the year so I was concerned about the amount I’d have to pay since I haven’t met my deductible. Very reasonable. So reasonable I asked the lady to repeat the amount. They were at my house setting up on that same afternoon! You guys rock! I am so sorry I forgot names... we’ll blame it on lack of oxygen to my brain.

I called today to get information on if they could bill the insurance for my dads oxygen tank rental and the lady that answered in the insurance Dept was beyond RUDE. Kept talking over me and would not let me explain exactly what I needed. When I requested she anótate on the account my authorization to speak to them on behalf of my father since we had him on the line, she said it only applied to one call and cold transferred me. I’m beyond upset that I can’t get anyone to give me a straight answer on if I’m going to be expecting another draft in my account in the next few days or if the insurance will take care of it.Insurance says you all refuse to bill and you say you billed but have not heard from the insurance. Meanwhile we are the ones getting screwed over!!! NOT OK , and it’s not like I can stop service ...I will however find another provider if I don’t hear from anyone!! I would give a negative star if I could.
Rude customer service at the billing department the little girl gave me such a hard time trying to make a payment on my account just decided to send in my payment in the I rather stand in line to buy a money order than deal with ungrateful employees
They did well by my brother-in-law with oxygen supplies, but my experience with CPAP- between Sleep Ctr., Medicare, Medigap(if applicable), mfr. with the wireless data(some of which could be inaccurate or missing, or unavailable) and ultimately, Lincare fell a bit short-but somehow, I am the only culpable party. If a person has been tested, and knows their own pressures, they might want to consider purchasing their own machine, and cut out 5 or 6 middlemen(just sayin’).
