I recently had to have repairs done to my Ford Explorer and Bruce was my Service Advisor and could not have better things to say about his customer service. Bruce was beyond my expectations and I highly recommend working with him. He did a great job of keeping me posted and making sure I was taken care of as a customer. He made sure to check in with me every few days and always did a great job of fully explaining what was going on. He seems very vested in his job when he talks to you and I think that is what I appreciated the most.

Courtney was helpful and ready to go. Not much wasted time. My only complaint was not getting back in touch with me before I drove to the lot. If the vehicle had not turned out to be as nice as expected I would have been very disappointed.
