Its OK but they talked me out of buying a Pism in favor of a local kite maker. I guess I didn't communicate what I was really hoping to get in the way of performance for my kite purchase. The one I bought was no higher end than the one I already had of that size. No big, and they are very nice, and my oldest son got a great kite.
Personalized service at its best! I spent a long time selecting a kite for my birthday. Michael never made me feel like I was in the way or a bother, even though the store was abuzz with weekend trade. Great suggestions and explanations. Spent the next three hours flying my kite, walking the beach with it, napping with it, listening to it. I will most likely be buying more accessories and kites from them in the future. This store exemplifies what you expect and more from a specialty shop. Wish I could give them six stars.
This is the best Kite Stores I have ever seen. Not only do have a great selection of kites for the beginners and the pros they repair them spinners and yard decorations. They also have Sandals, hats wind breakers, indoor and outdoor games, puzzles, nostalgic games. Located Southeast not Southwest
Purchased a high-end, expensive kite that developed a large tear on the first outing. Michael was very helpful and resolved the problem with no hassle. The excellent customer service was much appreciated.
