I needed to get some links removed from a new watch. The people here greeted me with a smile and assisted me right away. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Great service, friendly environment. I would highly recommend. Plus the dog is cute too!

When my diamond fell out of my wedding ring and chipped the mall jewelry store where we bought it said it could not be fixed because the diamond was chipped and that my only option was to trade my set in for a bigger, \better\ set. I did not want to lose my set and I did not want a new set, I wanted the set my husband put on my finger 16 years ago. So... my husband took the ring to Gold Smith Jewelers. They were able to put my diamond on to a new head and fixed my ring in less than 2 days. I'm so pleased with it and so pleased that I can continue to wear my set. Thank you! Also, my husband said they were friendly and helpful and our two boys loved petting the dog and playing with the toys. Great experience all around!! Thank you!

They were AMAZING!!!!! They were honest, reasonable in price and very fast!! My wedding ring lost the main diamond. Totally sheared off. They took it without knowing any history on my ring and made it OMG gorgeous again!!!!! Will ONLY go there for my jewelry needs!!!! Thank you again!!!
