Everything about these cabins are amazing!! Lynne takes impeccable care of the cabins. The sounds of the river are soothing and the location is close to so many great places.

This is one of the cutest cabins I've ever stayed in! The owner is super sweet and the cabins were very clean. I stayed in cabin 7 and it looked pretty small from the front but was super spacious inside. It had such a homey feel. The beds were comfortable and it even had a coffee maker. Behind the cabin is a small river that is perfect for swimming and climbing around. The best place I've ever stayed in the white mountains. You wont regret staying here.

Stayed in Cabin 6 for 2 nights with my wife and three daughters. The cabin was super cozy and so well decorated. A very rustic yet hippyish type vibe. Very bright in the rooms and the eating area situated next to the river is such a cool spot to eat breakfast and have a coffee. The access to the river is the best! We hung out in the river for most of one of the days. Sitting on the rocks and just chilling there watching my daughters have a blast was amazing. I definitely recommend bringing or buying the water shoes she has for sale. Very slippery rocks in the river. The charcoal grill/firepit was great for hanging out in the evenings. Lynne was very nice and accommodating. We'll be back for sure! Only thing I'd say is negative was it being on the main road. Not loud at all, but just had to keep an extra eye on the girls when they were playing out front. Also, well situated to downtown Lincoln, a water park, restaurants, the Hobo Railroad and great hiking areas!

Easy check in and check out. Great location not far from local attractions. Reasonable price. Fast response from owner. Clean cabins. Love that is right on the river, my daughter enjoyed the river so much... thank you for the free tubes at the property. Definitely recommend it.

Very nice clean Cabins right on the Pemi River. I stayed in 2 different Cabins during my stay due to my dates, availability and my poor planning. Lynne was (is) a fantastic host. Very friendly and attentive but you have your privacy and space. Both units were clean and very well equipped, a very pleasant surprise. River access is easy and there's a nice community fire pit. Grills and grilling tools AND grill cleaning brush for every unit! Thank you Lynne. I'll definitely be back.

Such a great place. The decor is so charming, and the cottages sit right on the river. Don't let the proximity to the road deter you! Once inside all you hear is the river, did I mention there are tubes, so much fun!! The owner Lynne has done a fantastic job will definitely come back.
