Innovex is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. They are incompetent from top to bottom. Typical family run business. Their service and just dealing with them is an absolute disaster. I highly suggest not using them as I’ve had nothing but issues. Highly doubt this place stays in business. .
I give this review not because of the quality of the copier, which I truly like, but for the lack of service. After receiving my machine I placed over a dozen calls and sent emails seeking to upgrade the machine. Not one call back. The only time I received calls was from meter reading. I did receive an email after a expressed dislike for the lack of return calls and was informed that it was being forwarded and someone would call me back. That was 3 months ago.
This company is the worse. No call backs when you have a problem, no solutions, they owe us money and are complete radio silent, they can't even get us invoices for our service contract. Don't use them! Too much competition out there to have to deal with this .
They did offer us a great deal on a copier with a service contract. Their technicians are also great people to deal with. Their service dispatch stinks like nothing else. It takes several days just to get a tech to come out. Messages do not get returned, and promised calls never happen. I have to hound the guy for work to be done. We print in bursts and it costs us a lot of money to be down. I will not be doing another contract with them.
