As a renter old landlord used John Henry’s.Let new landlord know to call John Henry’s an he did.when the guys come always had a 5 star experience with them.Had them come out today due to frozen pipes they didn’t give up till all pipes were unfrozen. And I so appreciate it. Thank you Trevor W and his coworker. John Henry’s is the go to place to call. Thanks again guys!!!

Jared was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and took time to explain things. And he fixed our problems in a timely manner. I am very happy with him. My only complaint is with scheduling. She wouldn't give me any idea when technician would arrive the next day...morning, afternoon, 4 hr window...nothing. Will likely use John Henry's again but hope scheduling is better.

Great service! The recent cold weather caused water to freeze in my sprinkler system and when it thawed, I had a fountain! Adam came out, found the problem, and fixed it in no time. He was friendly and answered all my questions. I will definitely call John Henry's in the future.

Diagnosed frozen pipes and thawed pipes where frozen. Detected needed pipe repairs and faucet replacements. Consulted with me to make a plan for those repairs in the next work week. Gave advice about faucets. Extremely professional repair person, very respectful and polite to a very worried homeowner. Understood the challenges of an older home. Looking forward to having Trevor back in my home to finish the needed repairs. Will certainly recommend John Henry highly at every opportunity.
