I called and they were very helpful in answering my question, despite not being a current customer. The CO2 supply shortage is real and any business is going to assist their current customers first - that is only common sense. Hopefully this also helps balance out all the recent bogus 1-star reviews that clearly have no experience with the company.

I've been using them for years and the only place I go to for my welding needs.
It's unfortunate that Matheson has made the business decision to not fill my brand new never filled cylinder because it did not have their sticker on it. It was new, it had no ones sticker on it. 20 years of using them for all my welding gas and consumables, and torch gas, means nothing to them. No reason for me to drive all over town for a couple different gas types because of a sticker. My business decision is to find a supplier that will cover all my basic gas needs, Argon, Oxygen, Acetylene, and Co2.
Very friendly place treat you right with your needs and concerns. Was able to get supplies I needed and was cheaper then other places. Would recommend others to us also.
