I am so thankful for Natural Bed! My husband and I have loved our natural bed for over 18 years now. I have aches and pain from Chronic Fatigue but I sleep comfortably and wonderfully on it. Their prices are right and their customer service is very good and friendly. Would recommend them to anyone!

Incredible customer service! I have back problems and headaches and my husband has allergies and a sensitive nose so we'd been on the hunt for a good mattress. Natural Bed checks off all the boxes because you can customize how soft/hard you want the mattress to be thanks to the layering options they have. Over the phone, they walked me through how to set it up. Though they are reeeally heavy (ours is king size and when we moved, the movers told us it was the heaviest mattress they had to move haha), it's not impossible to put together, especially if you have a helping hand to assemble the layers. We had to replace the topper because at first the bed wasn't hard enough for our liking (we probably like the max. hardness for our backs) and they were so helpful and quick in sending us the new one. I highly recommend Natural Bed. Not just for people with allergies or for people with back issues-- but just in general for a great quality mattress. Worth every penny!
Purchased from naturalbed.com and have never slept better. This bed was made according to my weight and sleep habits. I can now sleep all night without discomfort. It also has a warming feature which keeps the temperature just right. I believe there is nothing better out there.
I made a big mistake and shrunk my mattress cover when I washed it. I called and was able to order a replacement cover, it was delivered quickly. Customer service had always been top notch. I will never buy a mattress anywhere else.
Purchased an organic bed due to bad eye allergies. It came highly recommended by a good friend. Thanks to this new natural bed I am finally able to sleep well all night. Yes the allergies are gone. Delivery guys were punctual and set-up was easy, thanks to a very professional and patient CSR dept.
After sleeping on a waterbed for nearly 40 years, I was apprehensive about purchasing a conventional mattress. I bought a Natural Bed mattress. I did not have an adjustment period to the new mattress. Had the best night of sleep in months. Wished I had contacted the company sooner.
Incredible matress! Did several years of research before i bought a bed I had never seen or physically layed on. After a few questions i bit the bullet . Love my Heaven and Earth! Now Im responsible for several purchases . These guys relly know their stuff so make sure you do too. Coming from the old spring matress days purchasing this has been one of the top LIFE choices I have ever made. The most important part of life is good sleep. Without it youll never be 100% at whatever you do.
The money back guarantee is not real... This bed is too soft for me. I wake up with a neck ache every morning because my hips sink down and I’ve been fighting with them for six months to get my money back. They’ve sent me little pads and things to make it firmer which have helped somewhat and I appreciate but it’s not enough and I need to buy a firmer bed . Now they are not returning my calls. I would not recommend buying a bed for them unless you live in Nebraska and can lie on it first and be sure that it’s right for you. Addendum: It's been a year and they are still not returning my calls. The receptionist knows me and always says Lynn will call me back but he never does. I can't afford to write this one off so still sleeping on a bed that causes me neck and back pain.
