Perfect working order-- had no problem with the machine itself. But to charge a "service fee" of 3.95 3.33 to use a "debit card", due to the cashless society we now live in, is absurd. The 12 dollar recreational passport that some of us purchased last year, should have been GIFTED BACK THIS YEAR, since they closed the parks in 2020. Those are my thoughts, not yours LOL

No mosh at SOS IN Clatkston now. Moved to Kroger's on Dixie hwy. Kiosk at Krogers in Clarkston charged a service fees of almost 7.00 including a credit card fee for each transaction. Then did not even receive tab for plate on registration and had to call service number on receipt. 45 mins later and talking to tech support was told they will send it in the mail. Not worth your time . Better to just save uppe money and time by going to the clerk desk and have it done right the first time.
For anyone wondering, the kiosk is up and running as it should as of today 6/25/2020. It does not currently accept cash, but credit cards are being accepted. Took all of five minutes to get my tabs.
Tried to use the 24/7 tab renewal station, says it's at the SOS office on Sashabaw in Clarkston, but when I got there, I see a sign in the window saying it's been moved to Kroger on Dixie Hwy, 5 miles away in the wrong direction, that I passed on the way there. The SOS website says you can find them with the branch locator, but that still shows it's located on Sashabaw. As usual the State of MI let me down.
