Each and every single time I come into this store I am never greeted by the staff. NOT ONCE. nor do they talk to us at all unless I go to the counter where they STAY the whole time I'm in the store. The staff at TORRID seriously need to take notes from their neighboring retailers on customer service. The only reason I give 2 stars is because I enjoy their premium clothing and shoes.

I stopped in today to shop for jeans for the 1st time in over 2 years. Both the employees were so nice and very helpful!! They didn't have what I wanted in store so they found simular items for me to try on for sizing and then they ordered what I was looking for and are having it shipped to my house for free. Will be back again!

I love shopping here, it has more variety than most stores for my size. I have been noticing a lot of people buying up stock to resell elsewhere lately, so if I don't find it immediately then there's a good chance my size is sold out online, which can be super frustrating. Overall the sizing is good, the bras are great, especially the wireless. It's rather hit or miss with t-shirt quality though. All in all, I recommend, I keep going back atleast!

Not only did I have a wonderful experience because the sales associate Heidi was highly helpful and educated about the clothing around the store. I was a first-time shopper and actually bought something and i wouldnt have if she hadnt gone above and beyond to honestly answery.questions from her own experiences tjanks so very much Heidi!!!!
