Overall it's been positive. The facility is beautiful along with the pool area, which they do a good job to keep clean. The apartment appliances are brand new and functional, and the floor layouts are unique and functional. Maybe this is for most apartments, but noise can be an issue during "quiet hours" but it's not extreme, just a periodic issue. The parking situation is pretty bad, as I've never seen a vacant "visitor" spot and have to ask guests to park 1/4 mile away. Tenants only designated one parking spot seem to manipulate the process by using visitor parking as their personal spots. Otherwise this is a good space with a friendly and overall responsive staff, and is a good place to be.

The management has been great. Very friendly. The complex is new so everything is nice and clean. But, be warned if you plan on having guests, forget about it. There is nowhere for them to park. I believe there are a total of 12 visitor spots for the entire complex. The visitor spots are continuously occupied by tenants who leave their cars parked for days on end. The only solution is to park along Lincoln Ave in front of people’s homes in the adjacent neighborhood. If I lived in one of the homes along Lincoln Ave I would be very upset with influx of all the cars and people traffic. I honestly feel bad for them. I don’t understand what the builders were thinking when it came to visitor parking. If I had known this I would have never moved in.
These apartments look nice but were definitely built cheap and fast. Our 3 bedroom has numerous flaws and we've had several issues since we've moved in. The only thing positive is how fast the maintenance team arrives once a request is put in. They are great. Parking is a nightmare due to the fact that they have about 10 guest parking spots that are always taken by people who are most likely not on peoples leases. Having our guests park in the street parking which is in a neighborhood and constantly getting dirty looks by them etc isn't fun. Also my car was broken into in the middle of the night and they decided to assign my parking spot where the incident occurred.
Had I known how terrible parking would have been, I wouldn’t have looked twice at these apartments. Lincoln village’s solution is to have overflow park on Lincoln st. Unfortunately the people living in the houses on that street were not informed and not happy about the situation . It is one thing to struggle looking for parking, it is a completely different story to have someone threaten to call the cops on you because you are parking where the complex told you you were allowed to park. And unfortunately the people paying the over priced rent had to deal with it. Don’t bother getting to know your neighbors. This community will experience a constant rotation of new tenets because no one is going to willingly pay over priced rent and not be able to entertain family and friends. Lincoln village needs to purchase the empty lot adjacent from the community to provide ample parking. End of story.
I’m reading all of the negative reviews and I can relate. A lot of our grievances about this apartment would be solved if Management was able to ENFORCE VISITOR PARKING. I’m sick of seeing the same cars belonging to residents store their cars in the small amount of spaces we have. Their cars literally collect dust. I lived in two other brand new luxury apartments before Lincoln Village. Visitors have to register online cars to park overnight. A car could not be parked more than a handful of days. The office would only pass out parking permits based on how many parking options your apartment came with- not how many cars you own per unit. Overnight Security actually would give 1 warning, then 1 fine, then tow car. I agree... instead of building another unit building, REMM should have built a parking lot. Maybe new management should purchase the lot next to us and make it a parking lot. My overnight guest had an egg cracked on their car off of lincoln. The neighbors do exchange nasty words for parking in front of their home. They use their trash cans to block you from parking on the curb. There’s so much dog poop all over the property that needs to be swept up daily. Dumpster Divers come in the morning. Can new management take down the tiny fences and build them higher ?? Even though it’s not aesthetically pleasing, it can keep out the fence hoppers.
Just a quick update: These ladies are everything, the apartments are gorgeous. No matter how many questions I ask they always seem so never get bothered nor impatient. Best decision I've made in a long time. So far everything was been great! From the leasing agent to the property and more! Highly recommend!!
The property is very nice management was very accommodating spacious units quite area floor plans are also bigger than expected can’t wait to move in.
Melissa is so friendly and professional! The community looks amazing!
