I am so upset with this place right now. Spent 200 on a pair of boots and in less than 2 weeks they are separating from the sole. Tried to simply make an exchange or something so that that much money isn't just going in the toilet but the people here said \sorry about your luck\ and they aren't going to do anything. I still have the receipt and box and everything for these boots and nothing. This is ridiculous!!!!

Bought my fifth pair of boots (besides the 2 pairs of mocs) from Western World this week. All the ones I've had are holding up great. I usually take good care but even the pair I go hardest on is doing alright. Can't believe it's taken me so long to leave a review. Wondered why every review wasn't 5 stars and literally LOL'd when I saw the reviews saying they tried to return stuff w/out tags, that they wore around the mall, that they tried to return during COVID, or that got messed up at their house. Oh my gosh Karens.... I've exchanged jeans no problem and returned a gift before. I don't know why people feel entitled to mess stuff up and get money back after. This store has a lot of high quality stuff. It's awesome- Thank you for not taking used/ damaged returns back into the store on top of everything else amazing y'all do! Their return policy is horrible. There isn't one! So, I purchased a boot that to begin with was 1/2 to small but the guy convinced me into. They were okay, I decided to walk in them around the mall, with the understanding that I could exchange them. They felt tight. Went back to the store and the manager was refusing to honor her worker's word. I'll make the shoes work, but be extra sure that that's what you're getting. Terrible customer satisfaction; which is sad. The store is only hurting itself. I'm never buying anything from there again!
Nice and helpful people. Helped men with all of the things that I might buy. Tried around seven different boots, before I found the right ones. Same story with jeans. The staff continued to be nice and helpful all the way through.
