I would give them 100 stars if possible. RBC know what they are doing. In the late 80 to early 90's our miami breeding facility bred endangered cockatoos and highly difficult to breed birds(gang gangs, red tails, lead beaters and 2 pair goliath palms. We tried to incubate eggs to help with saving eggs, we had very little luck, We contacted mike at RBC in 95, his expertise and artificial incubation knowledge was massive. These people freely shared their hard earned knowledge and research, he sent me a box of copied research documents almost 1,000 pages. back then there was no wide use of internet, so it was all hard copies. I read and used these information as well talked with him on phone for hours. Thank you mike for helping us save 100's of eggs and babies. I no longer breed and am retired from my animal clinic business.I had the pleasure of a rare visit to RBC main farm in 2004, they took me around by modified golf carts over their 20 acres. WOW, it was amazing.hundreds of units with video cctv for remote viewing and documenting research data.thank you again for all you guys do, dr Gomez dvm, i miss the talks.

Spent a week trying to contact them with no response. Emails, Voicemails, nothing but automation. When I finally did get in contact, it was from facebook by one of them using a \US Militia\ symbol as the image for his profile. Not the professional approach I expected. When I advised I was Canadian they began insisting that birds couldn't be exported to Canada and any breeder who said otherwise is a liar. What they didn't know is I deal with CITES laws in other maters and I had already investigated bird importation laws. I shared what I knew and they started back peddling. I decided this was far too unprofessional for my liking, told them they were probably very nice people but thanks anyway and they responded by blocking me!?! Guess I should have called them names. In my opinion, its a simple bird farm with Ma and Pa sitt'n on a porch with their banjo and moonshine, talkin rumors with the locals and call'n themselves a research center. They have lots of videos meant to show how great they are but I'm sure puppy mills did too. They're not listed with the BBB and other then their own internet presence, they don't appear to have any accreditation, recognition or clue!

Excellent gorgeous birds well taken care the owners are very experienced and wealth of information, They love and care for their birds and will give you every bit of their knowledge to help. If you have a question or concern once your feather baby is home. They will guide you and answer your questions. I love my little McCaw Lolita.
