We got a home with them about 6 years ago. There have been some small things that weren't done right that have come up over the years. The real kicker was when we had a septic problem and come to find out they never installed our pump right and it wasn't even the correct pump for our septic. The plumping for it wasn't done correctly either. Now we have to spend thousands to fix something we should of never had to get fixed.

Recently completed our build with Silverpoint Homes in Lincolnton. Randy was awesome to work with and the rest of the staff is great as well. This was our first home purchase and we were very nervous but Randy walked us through every step. Our home took a bit longer than normal to build because there was so much rain during the process but Silverpoint still completed our build in a timely manner and we are now the owners of a beautiful new home. We couldn't be happier that we chose Silverpoint Homes and were so glad to meet Randy.
I have enjoyed working with the entire crew at silverpoint over the past couple years. I moved into my new home about 2 weeks ago and I love my home so far. I would recommend silverpoint in Lincolnton NC to anyone who is looking for a modular home.
We moved into our home a year ago and we LOVE it!. Our only regret is that we waited so long. Great people to work with; they genuinely care about their clients.
