Thanks to my horrible experience across the street at Hyundai (avoid that place at all costs!), I walked over to Kia, without having an appointment and not knowing much about their inventory. The team was amazing and I wound up driving home in 2021 Kia Forte GT! Angel was my salesperson and was so extremely patient with me, who hasn't had a car in 20 years and had no idea what I was getting into. He showed my everything they had in stock that fit my budget and style. Angel explained every detail of pricing, lease/purchase structure, city taxes, etc. I appreciate his guidance. And I love my new car! While I was awaiting my paperwork, the Sales Manager came over and thanked me for letting them earn my business. That's how you do customer service, people! The Finance Manager, Leslyvette, walked me through the contracts I had to sign. I felt more like I was chatting with my girlfriend than I was signing my life away. It was such a warm and friendly environment, unlike earlier in the day at Hyundai. Thank you Kia team for turning my day around and getting me into a brand new car to drive home in!

I thought I would give the service department a try for some routine maintenance on my car. I showed up at my scheduled time and waited without acknowledgement in my car outside of the service bay. When it became clear no one was going to come out to speak to me or motion me in I got out of my car and went inside to the service department. The surly git at the desk had his face mask down around his chin so as to make it clear what Kia of Lincolnwood thinks of the customers. I see from other reviews that the face mask situation is not an isolated incident. It is clear that this is a part of a general work place culture of showing indifference to the health of the customers, despite a raging pandemic. The chap at the desk told me I should go outside and wait in my car at the service bay entrance. I made a quick retreat and took my car elsewhere.

Today Angel helped me to trade my 2017 Kia Soul for a 2021 one. Angel is very patient and helpful, he heard all my concerns and answered all my questions. He is knowledgeable and a nice person to work with. Management was also very helpful. All in all I totally recommend Angel and Kia of Lincolnwood.
