We needed some assistance for my mom and Senior Helpers was just want we needed. They sent us Noreen and she was a God send allowing me to be able to go to work. Noreen took care of my mom like she was part of her family. Michael the owner even took the time to talk to me and makes sure that my Mothers needs were met. I would highly recommend them for your family care needs.

We needed in home care for Mom just before the Holidays and into the new year. Senior Helpers Manager Janet was outstanding to work with. Even though holidays were upon us, they were able to get us assistance for the days we needed on very short notice. The staff were very polite and attentive to Mom's needs. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!
My 84 year old mother needed some temporary Caregiving in her apartment after back surgery while regaining her independence. Senior helpers Lincolnwood was fantastic in quick response time and getting a thorough care plan together. The care givers were all very good and Janet Crawford, specifically, gave us all the time and patience on the phone and in person throughout the whole experience I would Highly recommend!!
Senior Helpers provided care for my mother for many years. We were so grateful for the care that was provided to her that we actually thought angels were coming to take care of her. There was never a missed day, or even so much as arriving late. The caretakers attended her doctor appointments with her, did her exercises with her, did her light housekeeping, managed her medication and did more than we could ever expect in terms of care, both physical and emotional. Everyone at Senior Helpers, from the people who work in their office, to the individuals that provide the care are sensitive, efficient, caring individuals. I would highly recommend their services
I live outside of Illinois and I could not ask for more from a care giving service. They have literally saved my mother's life who lives in Chicago! The quality of service is beyond expectations. The communication, follow up and caregiving are incredible. I highly recommend Senior Helpers.
