Professional & knowledgeable guides! There are so many different activities and courses offered. The waterfall rappelling is an amazing experience and a must do!
A bunch of crooks. I booked a rock climbing session but had to cancel due to an emergency. I cancelled about 5 days before was told I was going to get a full refund. The person (joe) said he was going to send me an email but I never received it. It has been 2 weeks now and I still haven't received my refund or any emails. I vigorously tried calling them and emailing them to follow up on it but I never got a response. I am now disputing the charge on my credit card. Update: this is a response to your reply. I have called and left voicemails numerous times. I also talked to two people that said they will refund me my money. I have emails proving that I tried to contact your company for my refund but never had a response. I have call logs (called at least 40x) proving that I tried to reach out. Now you're lying in this post and in my credit card dispute that I never tried to contact your company for a refund. Keep doing that and I'll keep continuing with the terrible customer service reviews
