Michael-Anthony took all the time necessary to show us all the NX options. We then asked to "just look" at the 350 RX for comparison. All the color combinations, wheel rims, and the test drive. We never felt pressured to buy. He went the extra mile to get the amount we wanted for our trade-ins. He couldn't have been more gracious and funny. Love our new RX. Gary in the finance department explained the intricacies of leasing a car which was new to us. He had pictures of what would be covered and for how long. We were Kelly's first customers and she will be really good. Stacey took her time in explaining all the bells and whistles. We won't remember them all but we have her card so that we can call. Coming to our house to set up the garage door opener is a bonus.

I was very impressed by how detail oriented they were. They detailed my car inside and out, but that wasn't all. They even detailed my engine bay and I didn't even ask, but I was greatfull. Mike even went as far as putting me in a nice loaner car. I thought it was going to take about a week, but only took three and a half days. I will not hesitate to take my to them ever.
