We had one source install our rip rap. They did the job exactly as quoted. Removed and replaced our dock without issue. Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. Would most definitely recommend them.

The men who did the work--disconnecting our dock and putting down the rip rap--did an excellent job. Very nice and polite as well as excellent work! However, when we decided to update our rip rap we got two bids, and they were nearly identical. We went with Rock Works because it was a couple hundred dollars less. Well it ended up being 750 more. I can't imagine that two bids could be so close and both be off by that amount. We were told there was an issue with the slope of the shoreline and the depth of the water, so they had to disconnect our dock and add more rip rap. Shoreline slope is the same as it was when we got the two nearly identical bids, and they should have monitored the water level. Also, I would recommend that you get your own electrician if you can get the inspection and electrician in a timely manner. The electricians were great, but I am fairly sure that Rock Works put an up-charge on that bill.
I am very happy with our rip rap installation by One Source/Rock Works. They were quick to respond to any questions and concerns throughout the permit process to the final installation. Every employee I had contact with was polite and friendly!
My husband worked for this company, was hurt due to their negligence, and then was fired when he didn't return to work against Dr's orders for less than half his pay before he was better. This is how the company treats their employees... you decide if you want to do business with someone like that.
One Source just put in Rip Rap in front of my sea wall. Delivered as promised, plus the crew was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend One Source for Rip Rap installation
