With 4 days before Christmas Eve Linn Star Transfers No Showed No Call delivering all my appliances purchased from The Home Depot. When I called them to see what time they would be here today a day later they proceeded to tell me that the next available date is 12/31 12 days later. Never mind that per their instructions I had all my appliances removed and discarded in anticipation for their delivery. So now I have no appliances for the holidays. No stove top, oven or refrigerator this also includes no dishwasher. There reason was that they ran out of time. Home Depot your clients are not their priority. How does. Company like this stay in business! It is obvious from your reviews that customers are not your priority.

5 Stars to Installers Juan and Jose. Initially Home Depot gave a unreasonable between 9am - 9pm delivery. Linn Star updated schedule to a 4 hr. window which I gratefully appreciated. I even received a courtesy call that they were 30 minutes away. Both Washer & Dryer were installed efficiently without incident. They were also courteous and professional. Thank you very much!
Now I know why the service was so bad. I just saw on news they are indepent contractors and dont really get paid for time, so they dont care. We removed the dishwasher we ordered before july 4th. The first guys said it was too hard to install and they didn't have time because of other deliveries. The second attempt never made appointment, just showed up, called us from out front our house, we were not home. The 3rd delivery left the warehouse out of box and damaged. Our driver said boss told him just deliver and give discount. We waited all day, just to find out they were delivering a damaged product.At this point it was September because so long between appointments. We went to home depot to see if we could just pick up our own dishwasher, but they are all sent to this delivery warehouse. Basically home depot upper management contracted with this company and doesn't care about the service. Needless to say I cancelled order after 2 months and have a dishwasher from a competitor. None of your comments surprise me. Now I also understand why nobody seems to care. The independent contractors are not getting paid much for delivery. Order from a company that doesn't use this service.
This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They provide a four hour time period for delivery, and per protocol supposed to call the primary contact number on the account. They did not follow protocol and upon arriving to fix a brand new washer and dryer they didn't properly install the first time, they put my wife and I on a 15 minute clock. I arrived home 5 minutes after the 15 minute clock expired and they sent the repairman on. We haven't had working laundry in almost 3 weeks. Thanks Linn Star! You get 1 Star!
Ben and Oscar came from Linn Star and delivered our Microwave. Both men were prompt, efficient and friendly. We were extremely impressed by their professionalism in every aspect. Excellent service. We would definitely welcome future deliveries from these men at Linn Star again!
I had these people come to deliver my dryer and they couldn’t fit down my driveway because they brought a huge truck. No big deal, we rescheduled so they could bring it in a small truck. When they came to deliver it the second time they brought the SAME truck and had to reschedule it. This happened FOUR MORE TIMES! Then when they finally did bring it, they dropped and broke the dryer and didn’t tell me about it, I found out because they called Home Depot and let them know but not me. WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE EVER!!! It’s been almost 2 months since I bought my dryer and still don’t have it.
My wife and I ordered a washer and dryer and was scheduled for Saturday between 3-7pm. We got a call around 4 saying they were running late which is understandable and that they would be here around 5:30. My wife and I waited patiently until 7:30 but we had plans that evening and they had already missed their commitment. We left home. We got a call around 8:45 from an upset delivery guy telling us they’re outside waiting to deliver our appliances. Well we clearly weren’t there bc they had already missed their appointment window! So we had to wait until Monday to call in. They rescheduled us for Thursday. Well it is Thursday 7pm and guess what. STILL NO DELIVERY!!!! I would not recommend using them as a delivery company. They haven’t even called us or communicated with us. So unsatisfied. And very disappointed in Home Depot for using these incompetent imbeciles for deliveries.
