Drivers have a good nap once you back on dock because they are very slowest and takes at lest 3 hrs to get unloaded.

I been working for linnstar for a very long time and what I can tell you is they don’t care about there employees what so ever. People don’t know how hard this job Is picking up heavy appliances dealing with rude customers all day. We lift more than body builders six days out of the week. Corporate will always tell us they love us we part of the family we care about you but in reality they don’t. All you want is the job to get done. Me and my other associates will do a fantastic job at a stop but the power is in the customers hands when we ask them to score us on our surveys. People don’t know we need to keep up with a good score in order to keep our jobs so we can try as much as possible and are still able to give us a bad survey

Place takes too long to unload and the workers recently started parking thier cars where trucks need the space to get in the dock you can atleast back all the way up un the spot so we can have room to back in

If I could out 0 I would. I was supposed tom have a delivery on 12/30. No call no show. Spent several hours on the phone with no clear answers. Rescheduled for 1/4. Still no call no show and no answers. I have never before had the mispleasure of dealing with such a grossly incompetent business.
