With or without a reservation on arrival at the lot, the lot booth person always helps you with the card to check in, tells you an aisle to park in and the bus is either there or coming up the aisle. It takes the tension out of getting to the airport on time to start the trip. Everything going well at Fast Park sets the tone for the rest of our day. I have consistently told friends and work associates about the lot. Love it.

I have parked in this lot a lot over the past 4 years and have never been disappointed. They are always friendly. The shuttle arrives at the time you are parking your car. Someone always grabs your bag and unloads it when you arrive at the airport. The shuttles are very clean inside. It is easy to find the shuttle when you are coming back from your trip and it is a quick trip back to the parking lot. They drop you right back off in front of your car. Check out is very easy when you go to leave. I will continue parking at this spot for all my work and personal trips leaving from BWI.
These guys make travel a pleasure! They handle the bags, pick you up at your car immediately, drop you off at your airline, and are pleasant no matter how early or late in the day it is. Pricing is competitive and well worth the convenience.
I have been parking at this location for many years. The drivers and staff are always courteous and always help me with my luggage. I never have to wait when I get to the lot. The wait on the return is never very long. Yes, there are places closer to the airport, but the location and service at the Nursery Road location keeps me coming back. Keep up the good work and I will keep parking there!
Very easy to get to and close to the airport. Love that they help you with your luggage on and off the shuttle. Prompt and courteous.
Pick up is rapid as is drop off. I never wait more than a minute for pick up and almost never have to wait for the shuttle at the airport for more than 5 minutes. Parking is inexpensive and, having parked here dozens of times, the lot seems secure. The staff are friendly. I highly recommend it!
I love that the shuttle picks me up right at my car shortly after I park. I don't have to wait long at the airport for the return shuttle and the drivers always wait to make sure I can unlock my car. It's feels safe and is just so convenient. Way better than any of the BWI long-term lots!
I love using Fast Park- it's a great price, convenient and safe. I really appreciate having someone take me to my car when returning at night. The staff is very friendly and hardworking.
