I went to order oil from them the gentleman called me I'm working out a time with him letting him know that my family member will be at the house from 9am to the last 11am and the guy couldn't even tell me what time he couldn't show up he says he can be there around 10 or a little past so I say fine but then he says I don't know for sure was requesting a hundred gallons of oil and a prime worth 330 and he still couldn't basically give me an accurate time of when he can arrive because he don't know when he's going to arrive at his job from there he says call someone else so I said alright fine not my problem and I'm not worried about it But I think that's very bad business where you're trying to set up a time to get oil in the person who supposed to deliver it doesn't even know when he's going to roll out his bed and show up to his job to start doing deliveries so now they just lost out on 330 from a potential new client which they loss
