I was in the caller queue two different times and was receiving updates from the computer voice stating that I was moving up. Both times I waited a short while to reach the spot where usually a person answers and provides great customer service..instead was redirected to leave my name and number.. if you don't want peoples business just use a busy signal or tell them right off the bat that you are gonna waste our time so that we can hang up and call someone that wants to make a sale. Just my opinion though.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The trailers are well built and good quality. One of the only places I could find a trailer with drive over fenders to haul my rock crawler. They are very fairly priced and veteran friendly. Overall I am very satisfied and will recommend them to anyone who asks me.
