This is the most unprofessional, horrible service for finer scan. I am applying for a realtor license and need to scan and submit. They type me SSN wrong, and did not give me receipt of information submitted. I called the Florida Law enforcement later, they said the error message comes at same time when I was in the store last Friday. They do a horrible job and waste my whole week time to waiting for it. Today, I called them to fix the problem, they said they have to do everything again and charge me again. I hereby as a responsible adult, highly recommend you not to come here to do the finger scan. I don't why DBPR recommend this type of unprofessional, careless vendor on the list, especially top of list. I hope no one else suffer the same problem as mine again.

Terrible! I went to have fingerprints at this location, had my appointment and arrived on time. I waited for 30 min inside the store - convinience store without even a seat just to find out that computers are not working. Two indian ladies that work there are extremely rude, they did not explain or appologize for my wait, only closed plastic window in front of me! I filled official complaint with the company.
They buy gift cards for cash on spot ranging anywhere from 50%-70% of credit worth depending on the card. Friendly and nice people.

It has simple supplies of a convenience store but a bit more expensive then most in the area as well as the pack and ship services they provide.
