Irene is a blast to talk to and she has helped keep my pool clean and warm.
Unfortunately, this is based on a single phone call. But I was told \I don't have the time to look up your part\ while inquiring about parts availability, and was told I would get a call back in the next day or 2. That was over a week ago.
Very fast and reasonable on getting some parts under warranty.
