Marlene is an absolute lifesaver. I was in a big fix, needed help immediately, and was unable to print out the paperwork I had to have. Marlene printed it out for me from her home, came to our house and was able to help us complete the work we needed done. I would count on her for any emergency in this respect. On top of that she is a great personality, and a very interesting person. Thank you Marlene. And thank you for your kindness to an elderly Vet. Carol & Rich

These people must be personal friends trying to boost her rating. We drove out (to a trailer on a gravel/dirt road in the middle of the woods) we call and she scolded us and hung up on us!!! Mind you we did not know we needed the other person w us, she did not need to be so rude. It was like we completely disrupted her day. Not the attitude of someone wanting your business.
