After living nearby at the Amli for a year I became aware of four lakes because a few of my co-workers lived there. I was invited to a volleyball league and participated for a season. During that season I became aware of how unique this place was. When you drive into the complex it is like you transformed somewhere much farther than 12 miles west of chicago. There is wilderness and wildlife, similar to living in Tennessee or Kentucky. They have the best amenities you will find anywhere around. There is a ski hill, 10 volleyball courts, a full gym, a very cool bar and convenience store. You can rent Kayaks for the lakes and fish at will. The demographic is a majority early twenties to mid thirties with an older crowd as well. This is one of the best kept secrets in the area. There is a good mix of millenials first time homebuyers as well as local college kids.

I lived at 1833 Four Lakes Ave Apt4L from August 2017 to 2019. It's not worth it if you want to live here. There are cameras following you everywhere in the building if the catch you doing anything they will find you up to 500.00 dollars. 1st off the Busybodies that want to know your business in 1F & 1M & 2H. Trash smells like someone died. You cannot plant flowers or have plants on the Balcony. The dryer vent that leads outside needs to be cleaned out the people that lived here before didn't clean under the stove or Refrigerator. It was gross trash is left outside. This pictures I have added is due to recent rains the water is sitting on the concrete and the water comes in through a gap between the outside & there is no way to fix it unless the whole floor and outside concrete is taken up. This is in 4L
No pet shall be permitted to be kept on the patio or balcony without the presence of its owner..OMG ...You live like in the pison, so many regulations
