Workers beware. It is not s good company to work for. I had a situation with a little hispanic kid where he was being overbearing to everyone. I guess he thought he was in charge, granite he was a temp just like me. After letting Javier know about this problem i was Let go the very next day. Did i mention Javier was also hispanic. I was only 1 of 2 ppl who consistently worked overtime. I did my job both efficiently and in a timely manor. Javier fired a African American man and that guy worked 5am-5pm Monday thru Friday. They also let go a African American woman who had been there 5 months. The lady simply did her job and was never a problem. The pay for the work is not great 12.50 a hr and only .25 cent raise to be hired on permanently. if you are looking for growth, this is not the comapny for you.
So recently i was fired by javier and i asked javier the reason why i was fired and he replied because i talk to much and i asked was that his forreal reason im aware the warehouse has cameras javuer sits and looks at and i would like for you to watch the cameras please i was not talking bearly anything at all and i completed my whole work load before lunch was even there and after lunch my brother kenny williams told me javier came to him and my older brother and javier told them he was going to let me know at the end of the day not to come back. Violation of employee confidentiality javier was supoose to come to the employee he was releasing. Also he never gave me any written or verbal warnings i never gotten any write ups or anything in the matter but with other co- workers when they use there phone to much he would talk to them and let them know they have a warning next time it will be a right up i witnessed it to another employee but i never got the same treatment . javier just let me go and i have 3 -4 witness that can say i did my work never once slacked i got all my material done before needing. I also was advised that a lady named wanda didnt really like me... I never did anything to her but more than 3 people have came to me saying things that she has said about me. And i would really like my job back i loved the warehouse and the environment and i also told javier that day that i lost my car and i would need all the over time i can possible get to be able to handle my expenses. Ive called the hr left a voice mail and called 3 times today with no luck.
Came with one arm, left with three; no complaints here.
