If you’re not 35 in age rich and white, you will not feel welcomed, and it will be noticeable from the community and the front office workers. I’ve had multiple incidents where myself family and friends have felt extremely uncomfortable, and it got to the point where I just moved out due to the awkward looks and feeling uncomfortable I’m my own home.

Love the places
Its a housing development. If youre in the market for a newly built home within a resort style setting, check it out. Prices range from the low 300k' on up. Not a lot of models to choose from and the exterior and landscaping is uniform.
Lovely homes, and the sales staff is very friendly and informative.
