Horrible service. They don’t answer the phone at all even though I was instructed to call them when I arrived to my appointment. The gal upfront has no idea what she is doing and needs further training. They did not bother going an extra step to call my insurance to get the problem squared away. Per my insurance I was eligible and active, and they said otherwise. Disappointed.

Don't try to go around lunch time because they will refuse to sign you in so you don't interrupt there lunch 2-3 people before me and they can't guarantee that I will be seen before they're lunch and I would have to sit and wait for them. Got there at 12:30 and lunch time is 1:30 then Brenda tells me we will be sitting for several hours this is supposed to minute clinic not a ER this wait time bad customer service just giving me every reason not to sign us in. Wow great customer service

Good service I guess but it comes with a giant Disclaimer: There is nothing \minute\ about this clinic...Just like the doctors office, you will be waiting 30 mins or more to be seen..Even if you make an appointment and show up on time! I work in healthcare..There is zero excuse for this..You should be seen at the time of your appointment if you made one.

Well it was sunday needed a doctor they said they were open the site says there open but i guess the doctors here get to chose when not to come in.
