I reached out for info on a specific Jeep Compass in Olive green since my usual dealer (Northwest Jeep) only has boring colors in stock (white, black & Graphite). Sean emailed me promptly & kept in touch, which was good because I had kind of forgotten about this car after talking to a couple of other dealers & having a very busy week. I negotiated the price and details online & over the phone since I was driving from Portland. Sean had the car ready for me on a short notice and made the buying process smooth and easy. I loved the finance associate too!

I would not recommend this dealership. The "TEAM" at the dealership would like to discuss this with me further. They are asking me to look up their phone # and go thru their phone tree to ask some random employee who I might need to speak with? When I filled out their email generated survey I ask to come into their off ice and sit down for 30 minutes to talk about this. FYI...If anyone from their team looked they would find both of my cell #'s and my email are in their system. I would still not recommend this dealership.

Way expensive and disorganized. We had a recall item, they called 2 hours after we picked our truck up after a service that took way longer than they told us it would and told us we need to bring our truck back for another appointment. Very aggravating.

Working with Lithia is so much different than Smolich motors. The transaction was smooth and non stressful. These people really look out for the customer's well being. They don't give the store away, but it is a very fair deal!
