My first visit to this location to service my Honda Accord, was a great experience. The service manager assisting me was John. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patiently addressed all my questions and concerns. He made me feel welcome, respected, and appreciated. I will definitely return to this location for future maintenance on my vehicle.

My experience was excellent. Sam was the person who helped me. She extremely polite, patient and answered all the questions that I had. When my vehicle was ready, she came to the waiting area to let me know it was ready. She went over the service that was done line by line. After I paid, she walked me to my car, handed me the keys and asked if there was anything else she can do to help. I replied no and thanked, and she thanked me for coming to the dealership for service and hope to see me again next time. It was a very pleasant experience with the service and the customer service from Sam. I will go back to the same location next time.

I had a terrific experience here! I came in with one goal and that was to lease a car within my price range and was able to do that with the help of Caitlin King and her manager Gina (I believe this is how you spell her name, Gina if you ever read this I apologize for misspelling your name). Caitlin was so incredibly helpful and willing to work with me for what I was trying to do and made me feel comfortable with whatever decision I was going to make. The customer service was excellent! Reina took great care of me and explained in detail the service being provided & cost. They squeezed me in to a busy day and provided quality and speedy service. My car was ready 2 hours ahead of time. I will definitely be back.
