This is the BEST Enterprise Rent-A-Car location I've ever used hands down! These guys and gals were organized, efficient, and customer-friendly! The way they handled the busy Labor Day holiday weekend is what made me come here to give them 5 stars! This type of excellent customer service deserves recognition and reward! We will definitely rent from this location again! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Management, PLEASE give them a raise and recognition! They are doing an excellent job!!! Thank you for making our rental experience a joy and stress-free!

Arrived to get the car, was told to ignore the TPS gauge on dash as they checked it already and do every morning. I carry a tire gauge and the rear tire was 10Lbs. Dude lied and said they did not have an air compressor when I asked to get air. So how do you check it if you can’t fix it. The tires were so out of range that it pulled to the right really had. Fries were stuffing in the crack of windows. The car had a strong smell of weed! I asked to go to another and they were going to upgrade. When they showed me the two cars I could use the employee goes back inside and came out and said no we can’t. Don tell me you can then say no! The manager and other employees had no care and offered not even an apology for the weed smell on the car or the tire issues. Actually have a pic with weed remnants on the dash. With their covid cleaning procedures in place it’s clearly not how they are practicing what they preach. Also they could not pick me up because I was not at one of their body shop locations and due to covid they could not. So why can you pick me up from your body shops but not 2 miles away??? My company spends millions a year on a corporate account. Still waiting for the district manager to call and that was a week ago.

The agent that I worked with was great, however the total experience was definitely not the best. I was picked up from the repair shop where my car was getting repaired. There was 4 people that needed to be picked up including myself. The car the agent was driving was a small sized car for 4 adults which was not too comfortable especially being in a pandemic and one person simply ignoring the fact and not wearing a mask. The Enterprise agent didn't say anything to that person or ensure the rest of our safety. Once we arrived at the dealership, it was as organized as possible. The vehicle that I was given was fine as it was temporary, however as I was leaving, I immediately noticed the smell of the vehicle. It definitely had not been aired out properly as the smell was simply obnoxious. I was just grateful that my truck repair didn't take long and I didn't have to actually drive the vehicle too much while I had it. I definitely did not want to deal with the chaos to switch out a smelly vehicle.

The staff was fine, although I had to wait a little longer than I expected when picking up the car. I did experience a flat tire on the rental, but was told that I would be charged an additional fee for help. I was fortunate enough to have someone help me with the tire instead. Returning the car was easier.

Really need to work on their customer service. Literally scared to ask for a different vehicle after getting a smokers car.
