Very poor customer service. I ordered a Christmas program for the church choir. Initially told me 1-3 weeks. Five weeks later nothing shows up. I call and they say on back order from publisher. I ask for tracking info. Nothing. They put me on hold. They come back and basically say my order slipped through the cracks and promised me delivery ship out that day. We’ll see. They showed no remorse, no apology and even offered to cancel the order to get me off their backs. They are so big they don’t care.
