Rhythm Touchh

Poor experience as a new patient. They do not inform you when they are running behind. We waited outside in the cold & rain (drizzling) for about 3 mins.

After so many years this office has gone down hill. Do not recommend this place. Needs to be shut down. Very unprofessional. Refused service for a child that had a fever!!!! Staff are rude and unhappy. Doc spends no more than 3 mins in the clinic room with patients.

Dr. Melamed MOST unprofessional non-caring doctor, just ridiculous, doesn’t care for your child at all, Checks up my 1 year old in literally 3 minutes with no questions! My child had a life threatening sickness and he gave me prescription that pharmacist stopped selling years ago! This was on a Friday, and they’re closed weekends, so my child had to spend an entire weekend with a life threatening sickness! I do NOT recommend this place or doctor!!

Not happy with this place. Very unprofessional. Was told by the doctor himself that they are very organized and professional when it comes to referrals. Have not gotten anything from him. Finally called after 3 weeks and was told that there was a phone number on my son chart that i have to call to get a referral and a evaluation at another facility. Waste of time!

The only problem I have had with this doctor is that he never tells me what's wrong with my children. He just prescibes them medicine and sends us on our way. He doesn't tell me what he is prescribing and what for.
